Jack Scheske is a business litigation and transactional lawyer with over 25 years of experience.  The unique combination of litigation background coupled with a transactional focus brings unique perspective to businesses in: construction and high tech; building design, manufacturing and specialized fabrication and machining, national and TX based sales and distribution; medical, dental and accounting professionals, retail and wholesale sales operations nationally including automobile and truck dealers.


Jack’s practice also involves litigation and transactional work for entrepreneurial business clients in labor and employment, commercial real estate and development, partnership and ownership business disputes, business entity, structure and design of ownership-partnership matters, trade secret, non-solicitation, a wide variety of contractual matters, and commercial collection.


Additionally, over the past 20 years Jack has developed a practice as ADR professional and as an experienced mediator performing hundreds of mediations, as well as a teacher and trainer of attorneys, attorney-mediators, judiciary, and other ADR professionals throughout North America.

Before the creation of the Law Firm in 1989, Jack worked for a nationally recognized Certified Public Accountant and Auditing firm as a federal and state tax planning attorney providing services to Fortune 50 companies, professional sports franchises, manufacturing, distribution,  high tech sales organizations, not for profit groups, law firms, construction companies, and entrepreneurial “ fast growth” private equity firms.


Jack’s father is a mechanical and aerospace engineer and both of his grandfathers were in the dental and medical fields.  Jack is the father of 2 adult children, a son and a daughter.


When Jack is not working with professional and entrepreneurial business owners, he enjoys bicycling, professional hockey, baseball, fishing and other outdoor activities.  He and his wife Lesley also enjoy travel to our national parks, presidential libraries as well as state and national historical sites.
